  • ADAPTER, CHARGER

In Hungary voltage is 220 V/50 Hz. Various types of adapters and chargers for electrical devices are available at the Reception.

  • AIR CONDITIONING

Each of our rooms is individually equipped with air conditioning. Please use with the door and window closed. Public areas in the hotel are equipped with air conditioning as well.

  • BATHROOM PRODUCTS

Our guest can find in the bathroom: liquid soap, shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper, vanity kit. The product in the bathroom dispenser is suitable as shampoo and shower gel. Other products are available at the hotel Reception: razor, toothbrush, toothpaste.

  • BATHROBE, SLIPPER

Bathrobe and slipper can be required at the Reception.

  • BEDS

Single bed size: 0,90 m x 2,00 m.
Double bed size: 1,60 m x 2,00 m or 1,80 mx2,00 m.

  • BED FOR CHILDREN AND HIGHCHAIR

We can provide on request baby bed and highchair.

  • BLANKETS, PILLOWS

Extra blankets, pillows and pillows of different types can be requested at the Reception.

  • BREAKFAST

A rich breakfast buffet awaits our guests every morning from 7:00 to 10:00 am.

  • BUSINESS SERVICES

If you would like to scan, print your documents for an extra charge, please contact the Reception.

  • CLEANING, CHANGE OF BED LINEN AND TOWELS

Daily cleaning is done between 7:00 and 14:00. If you place the ‘Don’t disturb’ sign on the outer door handle, our colleagues will not disturb you. If you have any special request, please contact the Reception.
Bed linen and towels are changed every third day. We can change it daily for extra fee. Please, help our hotel operate in an environmentally friendly way, and only ask for the changing if it is necessary.

  • CHECK-IN

You can check-in from 14:00. In case of early arrival, luggage can be stored in the luggage room of the hotel.

  • CHECK-OUT

The hotel room is at your disposal until 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please contact the Reception if you would like a later check-out.

  • DAMAGE

If the guests make any damage on the accommodation, they have to pay the harm immediately.

  • EMERGENCY CALL

In case of emergency please call 112.

  • EMERGENCY EXIT

Please read the information posted on the door of your room. In case of emergency please call the Reception.

  • FIRE

The entire hotel is equipped with smoke and fire detectors. In the event of a fire or an alarm, follow the escape route on the room door.

  • INFORMATION MATERIALS

Program offers, flyers and maps can be found at the Reception.

  • INTERNET

Free Wi-Fi access is provided in the rooms and communal areas.

  • KEY CARD

On the day of your departure please leave your card at the Reception! In case of missing it, we charge 5000 HUF/card.

  • LAUNDRY, IRONING

If you leave your clothes to be washed and ironed till 9:00 in the morning, we do the cleaning that day. The hotel takes no responsibility if the clothes lose their colour or change their forms. You will find laundry bag in your room. Please place the laundry to be cleaned in the laundry bag. If you have items to be ironed, please contact the Reception desk. Service time: only workdays. Your room is equipped with a flatiron and an ironing board.

  • LOBBY BAR

The lobby bar at the Reception is available for the guests 24 hours a day. Room service is available between 7:00 and 23:00.

  • LOST ITEMS

If you have lost or found anything, please report it to the Reception desk. The found objects are stored for 1 months.

  • LUGGAGE STORAGE

You can leave your luggage in the luggage room, please contact the Reception.

  • LUGGAGE TRANSPORT

If you would like our help with carrying your luggage, please contact the Reception.

  • MEDICAL HELP

  • PAYMENT

Our guests have to pay the bill on arrival. You can pay your bill in cash in HUF or EUR, by credit card (Master Card, Master Card Electronic, Maestro and Visa) or by SZÉP card.

  • PETS/DOMESTIC ANIMALS

To take an animal into the accommodation is not allowed.

  • PHARMACY

Please turn to the Reception.

  • RADIO

Our rooms are equipped with LCD television, which includes radio channels as well.

  • REMARKS, COMPLAINTS

If you have any comments or complaints, please contact the Reception.

  • RESTAURANT

Our hotel has no restaurant. We can order food from our partner restaurant from 6:00 to 22:00. Please ask for the menu at the Reception!

  • SAFE

The hotel rooms are equipped with a safe. We call attention of our guests that our accommodation assumes no liability for valuables left in the room. We ask our guests to leave their values in the safe-box at their room or at the Reception.

  • SEWING KIT

Sewing-set can be found in the wardrobe of your room.

  • SHOE CLEANING, SHOEHORN

A shoe-cleaning machine is available in the lobby of the hotel. There are shoe-cleaning kerchief and shoehorn in the hotel room.

  • SMOKING

According to the Hungarian laws, smoking is prohibited in the closed areas of the accommodation (including guest rooms and public areas.) We provide smoking areas outside of the building. If our guests break this law, they could be fined.

  • TAXI, TRANSFER

If you would like to order a taxi, our colleagues at the Reception desk will be ready to help you.

In your room you have direct line to make phone calls in Hungary or abroad. Please contact our colleagues at the Reception for more information.

Every room has an LCD television set with a remote control. Our guests can choose from Hungarian and international channels.

Umbrella can be rent for security deposit at the Reception.
